Yoga for Back Pain: Find Relief, Fast (under 20 mins)

This slow yoga practice, mostly on the ground, targets aches, pain or stiffness in the lower to mid back. 

Yoga teacher Deborah Quibell guides you through this easy, soul-nourising practice that gently stretches and relaxes tight muscles in the back. If at any point it feels too intense, take a break and go at your own pace. You can expect gentle twists, child’s and sphynx pose, plus other easy stretches to release any unwanted tension in your back.
