That’s why this yoga routine is an ideal and natural way to clear your mind by aligning your body and thoughts. Follow along as our yoga expert Deborah Quibell takes you through focused breathing, poses and postures designed to offer clarity. She coordinates your breath and movement for better peace of mind. Take this 30-minute yoga session and give your mind something positive to focus on to release those out- of-control thoughts. At the end of the routine, Deborah will lead you through a relaxing meditation that will have you thinking, “Ah, serenity!”
