Yoga for Runners: To Aid Recovery (15 mins)

Yoga for runners is a short flow designed to create mobility, elasticity and length through the parts of the body most affected by running. This short session, guided by yoga teacher Deborah Quibell, can easily slot into your workout schedule and is the perfect post-run recovery whether you prefer to pound the pavements or the treadmill.

A relaxing yoga flow, this focuses on the areas of the body most affected by running – hamstrings, quads and glutes – so you get the blood and nutrients flowing to these often tight parts of the body. With simple adaptations, this flow is suitable for everyone from the most flexible to the least and will leave you feeling ready for your next run.
