3 Days of Yoga—Day 1: Get Back on the Mat

Maybe you’ve never tried yoga before, or perhaps it’s been way too long since you did your last warrior pose. Either way, you’re here and ready to take your first steps towards the mat—well done! Watch this 30 minute session featuring our expert Deborah and you’ll quickly (re)discover the positive benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Starting with a short meditation, she’ll move on to poses like downward facing dog and warrior two, being sure to give you options based on your experience level. Pay attention to your breathing, and most importantly, don’t forget to smile! 3 Days of Yoga isn’t an obligation—it’s a fun and meaningful way to unite body, mind and soul.
