Why is this yoga session the perfect remedy for your stress?
It can be incredibly hard to find a balance in our busy day to day schedules. When we’re supposed to be slowing down, life often asks us to speed things up. We’ve all had days where you just feel overstressed and nothing seems to give you the energy you need to face the tasks lying ahead. Tension causes you to take shorter, more shallow breaths, this session invites you to breathe deeper and slower. It’s all about slowing down and not pushing or straining.
