Is stress making you feel a bit out of balance? This yoga practice is the perfect antidote. Deborah has designed a softer, gentler yoga practice to restore balance during the times when you feel overworked and your energy levels are depleted. Simply relax and get on the mat.

Why is this yoga session the perfect remedy for your stress?

It can be incredibly hard to find a balance in our busy day to day schedules. When we’re supposed to be slowing down, life often asks us to speed things up. We’ve all had days where you just feel overstressed and nothing seems to give you the energy you need to face the tasks lying ahead. Tension causes you to take shorter, more shallow breaths, this session invites you to breathe deeper and slower. It’s all about slowing down and not pushing or straining.

Today, our wonderful yoga teacher Deborah Quibell will take you on a journey, showing you how to stay balanced during busy days and how to keep a high energy level during the seasonal change we now find ourselves in. It’s time to take some extra care of our mind and body.
