While practicing yoga you’ll notice that body, mind and soul are working together in harmony, which is the ultimate goal. You’ll also notice that when you have a consistent practice, everything become easier—from the poses themselves to finding your centre to becoming present in the moment.
In this final session of our 3 Days of Yoga program, Deborah helps you bring a bit of fluidity and movement to your hip joints and gives you other tools you can use to create your own personal yoga ritual.
