Reclaiming a Spirituality in and of the world
MODERN DAY MYSTICISM
as seen in:
It’s time that we reconnect sacredness to our everyday.
To understand that cultivating an inner life—whether through psychological insight or spiritual practice—does not sever us from the external world.
I believe . . . it does exactly the opposite . . .
Cultivating an inner life strengthens and propels us to participate in the creation of a more kind, compassionate, just and equitable world. It awakens an innate longing to align our lives (individual and collective) to what we truly value deep within. It reminds us, over and over again, of a holy responsibility we have to one another.
We begin to see that sacredness is not something we experience by going up and out of our lives but down and into them. Fully. Meaningful transformation is ever-available but elusive without a deep sense of courage, effort, and conscious participation.

speaking
I help people transform while encouraging a deep sense of self-appreciation and love for where and who they are now. My work bridges the gap between psychology and spirituality. Always with an undercurrent of compassion and gentility.
ways to work
I aim to bring those on the spiritual path more psychological tools and insight. . .and those interested in psychology more spiritual tools and insight.
