This is the practice that sits at the core of my spiritual life. The practice that I return to, again and again.

Many of you are already familiar with this practice. And some of you may be practicing it for the first time. Whatever the case, you are welcome. It’s a beautiful practice, open to all.

The meditation on Twin Hearts (created by the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, Master Choa Kok Sui) has roots in the loving-kindness meditation (or metta practice).

It is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving greater levels of peace and illumination.

About the meditation

“When your reach your edge, soften. Soften until you slip through the constraints and can create a new rhythm, a new route, a new release.”

“Your suffering needs to be respected. Don't try to ignore the hurt, because it is real. Just let the hurt soften you instead of hardening you. Let the hurt open you instead of closing you.”
—Bryant McGill

Please listen to the audio before joining the practice. It will explain the structure and flow of the meditation, so that during the session you will understand what to expect and have a deeper and more meaningful experience.

all that is asked of you
is to remain fiercely open,
to cultivate a life lived close
to the mysteries that move you.”.
