A 7-Week Series of Yoga-based Movement and Breath Work
replays available for all sessions
Weekly Schedule:
This is a weekly yoga asana and pranayama practice that focuses on building equanimity in the nervous system.
Having trained with Dr. Arielle Schwartz in Applied Polyvagal Theory, I bring another dimension to my yoga teaching and sequences. Each one designed carefully to help release stress, trauma, and pent up energy through various movement and breath practices.
This is a chance for us to gather in community and move in ways that will nurture our body, mind and soul.
All ability levels are welcome.
